I choose and returned to Don Bohn Buick-GMC to install OEM fog lamps on a new Chevy Colorado. Even though I purchased the truck form Best Chevy, I wanted Don Bohn to do the work.
The main reason I return time and time again is your Asst. Service Manager/Service writer Eric Templet. Foremost he is sincere and always looking out for my interest. You should really consider him as a customer service trainer.
Nevertheless, I came back to Bohn and Eric because he's trustworthy and I knew I'd be treated fairly.
It has been not so good! When my husband went to get his truck looked at he was told they can't go any further that HE would have to call the warranty company! I then call the warrant company they informed me they have that vehicle but it is not in our names and warranty is over! Come to find out they have us as having a warrant in a totally different vehicle! Then was told that it's the service mans job to call the warranty company not ours!
Awesome experience with the service department. I had two different issues with my vehicle on consecutive days. My time was important to everyone there I really appreciate the professionalism. Cable TV in the waiting is a must add.
After making an 'appointment' for 4:00pm, I went to the dealership to have my truck serviced for an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted nicely and sent to the waiting area. After 45 minutes of waiting, the service attendee came to me and asked if I had extra time to wait because it would be another 45minutes befote they could bring my truck into tje garage. I said there was no way and walked to my truck that had not moved from the Check'in garage. The attendee asked if i wanted to reschedule. I said how can I reschedule because I scheduled a time with you all today, but that slot was neglected. He explained to me, 'Well we don't actually make appointments it's first come first serve..' At this point I was extremely frustrated and asked the man, 'Then why did the service phone operator state that he had 3:30, 4:00, and 4:30 appointments available for today?' He had no response. I said I would not return and left.
Your staff was very pleasant and helpful. The only problem was that I dropped my car off, but it still took 2 hours for an oil change. Thank goodness I wasn't waiting for it! When I went to pick up the car, it still took another 15 minutes before the car was ready.
I'm not pleased with the way I was treated my service advisor Cha Cha was rude and dismissed me when I asked questions about what was wrong with my truck and not in the exact words but told me either fix it or don't. I'm disappointed in GM products and very disappointed in Bohn GMC
Well i booked the appointment with the coupon towards the end of March. I went in to actually have the service april 1st.The coupon expired march 31st. I was a little ticked about that, i had to pay 10.00 more. In my opinion if it was booked it should be honored.
