Me Templet w was amazing!!! He was informative throughout and a very pleasing person to work with! My truck was fixed after a couple days which made me relieved! The biggest and only complaint I had was I brought my big fuel tank Yukon xl there on a quarter tank of fuel and the gas light indicator was on when in got into my vehicle. I made sure to take photo of what my mileage prior and it was test driven 17 miles. I really don’t know how it could’ve burned quarter of tank in that short time other than idling a lot. Bottom line is I didn’t think it was professional to leave a customer with their low fuel light on not knowing how much fuel I had left before getting to a gas station. I know there’s stations nearby but sometimes u are strapped for time as I was and didn’t have the time to stop for gas but had to.
Got the oil changed, tires rotated then got new tires. Because you fired the guys who detailed cars the service rep got my car washed. What does upset me is that he said I needed nearly $5,000 worth of repairs on my motor. I have a 2003 Buick Rendezvous which is in perfect condition and has 63,000 miles on it. I went to Express Tech Auto and they said no way I need that much repairs or I would be leaking oil a lot and the car would be shaking. They said the most I would need would be two gaskets around $399. I will get their computer to do a full check up to see if I do need any repairs. Maybe the quote by you is for prevention - to prevent something from happening - but I am a widow and have had a lot of expenses this year with the hour repairs, the car repairs (there in the spring for $4,000 in repairs) and am having a lot of dental work. You are getting too expensive for me.
Wayne was a fantastic salesman and worked with me to get the best deal possible. Scott also worked his magic to get me a deal and Ivan, the finance manager, made everything quick and painless as far as all of the paperwork was concerned.
