I had a 7:15 appointment, arrived a few minutes early where I was greeted by a member of the staff who verified my appointment, checked me in and directed my husband and I to wait in the waiting room area and gave us an estimated wait time. Service was completed within my estimated wait time. car was brought up to the service desk are where service advisor explained and confirmed what had been done. I checked over the paperwork, paid the amount due and left the service area
