My experience didn't start out good, I made a appointment for Friday 3/6 for 8:30, I was having a problem removing the key from the ignition. I show up and was informed that I needed both keys to have this problem looked at, I wasn't going to fight traffic back across the river so I made another appointment for Monday. The person I talked to the second time didn't mention that I should have both keys. Monday everything went great in and out in 2 hours. I was told a spring in the ignition was stuck. If I would have been informed from the beginning that both keys were needed it would have been a lot better.
